a9jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. a9jili reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your a9jili account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metro bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. a9jili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
All transactions on a9jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. a9jili will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed identity verification.
Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. a9jili supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
